摘要
为了对电动轮自卸车实现监控,设计了一种基于DSP自卸车现场监控系统,给出了控制系统的组成结构,详细分析了DSP和PC的硬件连接和串口通信原理,介绍了监控软件的主程序流程图和监控模块的功能。样机测试表明其性能优良,可用于装备新一代国产电动轮自卸车。
For the monitoring electric- wheel dump ear, monitoring system based on DSP is designed. The constitution of the control system is given, the principle of the serial communication and circuit connection between DSP and PC is analyzed in detail. The flow chart of the monitoring program and the function of monitoring module are discussed. The characteristics of the sample machine have been tested to be well qualified. It can be used in electric - wheel dump car new families.
