摘要
阐述了开发苯丙氨酸的重要性，概述了当前采用的蛋白质水解法、发酵法、酶法、化学合成法等生产方法及其最新技术进展。提出了引进优良菌株、在我国尽快将酶转化法用于苯丙氨酸生产，加快化学合成法的开发研究等建议。
The importance of developing phenylalanine, a variety of preparation techniques, such as the hydrolysis of protein, fermentation, enzyme conversion and chemical synthesis, and their development were stated. A proposal that the introduction of bacteria, application of the enzyme conversion method to production of phenylalanine and quick development of chemical synthesis in our country, was offered.
