摘要
N-苯基氨基乙腈是生产染料靛蓝的主要原料。建立了以苯胺、甲醛、气体氢氰酸为原料,在常温常压下,经氰化加成反应一步合成目标产物N-苯基氨基乙腈的合成方法。收率95.2%,含量98.5%,液相色谱归一纯度99.8%。考察了反应条件改变对收率的影响。目前已工业化。
N-phenylglcinenitrile is the main raw material for the production of indigo dye. The synthesis method of N-phenylglcinenitrile was established in this paper. At normal temperature and pressure, aniline, formaldehyde and hydrocyanic acid gas were raw materials, the target was produced by one-step synthesis of cyanation. The yield was 95.2%, the content was 98. 5% and the purity (ESTD) was 99.8%. We have studied the effect of reaction conditions on yield. It has been industrialization.
