通信基站电磁辐射对附近居民神经行为功能的影响 被引量:4

EFFECT OF ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION FROM A MOBILE BASE STATION ON THE NEUROBEHAVIORAL FUNCTION OF NEARBY RESIDENTS

摘要 [目的]调查移动通信基站(900MHz)电磁辐射对周围人群神经系统功能的影响。[方法]运用PMM8053A手持式场强仪检测移动通信基站附近(100m内)电磁辐射强度,采用神经行为测试评价系统(B.NESC)对基站周围人群及对照人群进行测试。[结果]基站周围电磁辐射强度未超过国家标准规定的一级标准;神经行为测试结果表明,观察组情感状态测试中紧张-焦虑、忧郁-沮丧、愤怒-敌意、疲惫-惰性和半结构投射实验中思、怒、惊得分、心算、记忆扫描、连续识别、数字检索、曲线吻合等项目得分显著高于对照组(P﹤0.05),其中记忆扫描、连续识别、数字检索、目标追踪与居住年限呈负相关(P﹤0.05)。[结论]基站电磁辐射可影响附近居民的情感状态,使负性情绪增加,影响视觉感知记忆及手部反应能力、心理运动稳定度等方面的功能,并有随暴露年限延长而增加的趋势。 [Objective] To investigate the effect of electromagnetic radiation from a mobile base station (900MHz) on nerve system function of the nearby resident. [Methods] The intensity of electromagnetic field near the base station was measured with a PMM 8053A portable field intensity indicator. Neurobehavioral functions of the resident nearby and controls were examined by B.NESC. [ Results] The intensity of electromagnetic radiation from this base did not excess the national standard. The nerve function test indicated that the thinking, anger, frighten, mental arithmetic, scanning of memory, continuous identification, digital search and curve coincidence in observation groups showed significantly higher than those of controls detected by affective star test including tense-anxious, gloom--depression, anger-hostility, exhausting-inertia and half structure projection test. mood state (POMS) test, and the scanning of memory, eontinanas identification, digital search and tracking for objective had significantly negative correlation with habitation years. [ Conclusion ] The electromagnetic radiation from the mobile base station could affect emotional status, increase the negative emotion, influence on the memory and cognition of visual sense, the reaction ability of hands and the stability of psychomotor, and raise with the increasing of exposure years.
