摘要
研究了碳化硅及其复相陶瓷自对偶摩擦在空气中从室温到 12 0 0℃的摩擦磨损特性和摩擦化学 ,其摩擦学特性与摩擦试验温度和载荷密切相关 ,其磨损特性依试验条件不同呈现基本不变、增加和减少的规律 ,由摩擦的摩擦化学反应物———无定形SiO2
Tribological characteristics from R.T.to 1200℃ of SiC/SiC and SiC-TiC/SiC-TiC and their Tribo-chemical wear mechanism are reported in this paper,are strongly depends on the test temperature and load.Three wear models are observed in the experiments,their Specific Wear Rate remains contant,or increase and decrease with the increase of test temperature.The main reason is the formation and delamination of SiO 2 in amorphous state presented during the sliding of SiC/SiC and SiC-TiC/SiC-TiC in air.
