摘要
本文介绍了运用IGBT作为功率器件的SPWM变频器,其控制电路采用SLE4520专用芯片与8031单片机控制结构,驱动保护采用混合IC电路EXB850,逆变主电路应用IGBT,使变频器的斩波频率提高到10kHz以上。
This paper introduces a SPWM frequency converter with MOS controlling double pojar transistor IGBT. Its control ciruits adopt a combination of SLE4520 custom chip and single chip microcomputer 8031,and its drive uses EXB850. So,the carrier frequency of the converter comes up to 10kHz.
