摘要
提出了一种计算PWMIGBT变频器正向损耗和开关损耗的新方法，该方法在计算精度和计算的复杂性之间寻找到一种比较合理的方案。有些计算过程还能应用到双极性晶体管式MOSFET中。
This paper provides a method of calculating the forward and switching losses of a PWM IGBT in-verter, in which, a reasonable compromise between calculating accuracy and complexify is found. Some of the calculating can be used in other devices, sueh as bipolar transistors or MOSFET.
