摘要
我国炼油工业已经形成完整的工业体系。但当前的形势严峻,面临着石油资源短缺、产品质量不高、化工轻油供需矛盾突出、环保治理等问题,这些对我国的炼油工业提出了挑战。为加快我国炼油工业的发展,炼油工业应适应原油的变化,主要包括应对原油资源的劣质化和重质化,并通过对现有技术进行改进或优化组合来提高其灵活性,从而确保市场供应和提高经济效益。
An integrated industrial system has been formed in China＇s petroleum refining industry. The severe situation is seen with the problems concerning the shortage of crude resources, low gradation of product quality, conspicuous conflicts of market supply versus demands for petrochemical light oils, and environmental protection etc. These are challenges for China refining industry. To speed up the development of Chinas petroleum refining industry, it should be suited to the change of crude oil, particularly to the inferior and heavier of crude resources, and its flexibility is increased by improving the current technologies or optimizing the process integration, and so the market supply is insured and the economic effect is boosted.
