The main achinvement of China’s oil refining industry during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period is summarized.The main problems and current situation are analyzed,and the development trend of China’s oil refining industry during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period is forecasted.Some suggestions on sustainable development of China’s oil refining industry are put forward.
