摘要
本文介绍了高温热泵除湿干燥的工作循环及评价指标,并在研制RCG30G高温热泵除湿干燥机的基础上进行实际干燥实验研究。结果表明:1.高温热泵除湿干燥节能效果显著,干燥速度较快,具有较高的干燥质量;2.采用R142b制冷剂可以获得较高的供风温度(最高供风温度>70℃),缩短干燥周期,降低能耗,同时可以减少对大气臭氧层的破坏;3.从干燥室低温区引入二次风可以减少干燥室的热量损失,同时可以满足冷凝器的风量要求。
In this paper, the working circulations and evaluation methods ofhigh-temperature heat pump dehumidification,were presented. On the basis ofresearch and development of RCG30G high-temperature heat pump dehumidifierfor wood drying(HTHPD),a series of practical drying tests were performed.The results are as following:1.RCG30G HTHPD can save energy effectivelywhile drying timber, and also has advantages of high drying speed, good dry-ing quality and lower drying cost.2.Using the refrigerent R142b can raise thesupply air temperature (Max.> 70℃) ’ shorten the drying cycle and reducethe energy consumption and the ozonospheric disturbance.3.By drawing se-cond return air from the low temperature area of kiln into HTHPD, the heatloss of kiln was reduced greatly, meanwhile the air volume need of the con-denser can be met perfectly.
