摘要
目的:探讨水蛭通栓抗前列腺炎的作用。方法:应用甲醛—巴豆油引起大鼠慢性前列腺炎模型,观察水蛭通栓对慢性前列腺炎大鼠前列腺病理组织学和前列腺指数的影响。结果:水蛭通栓能降低慢性前列腺炎大鼠的前列腺指数,改善前列腺病理组织学的改变。结论:水蛭通栓具有抗慢性前列腺炎作用。
Objective：To approach the anti-chronic prostatitis （CNP） action of Shuizhitong suppository. Methods：Making the models of non-bacterial prostatitis by injecting Formaldehyde-Croton Tiglium oil and observing prostate exponent, histopathologic changes of prostatitis. Results：Shuizhitong suppository could decrease prostate exponent and ameliorate histopathologic changes of mice with chronic prostatitis. Conclusion：Shuizhitong suppository could effectively treated chronic prostatitis.
