摘要
目的观察生甘遂治疗前列腺增生急性尿潴留的疗效及对膀胱逼尿肌、炎症的影响。方法将患者65例随机分为两组,治疗组服生甘遂肠溶胶囊,对照组予安慰剂,观察6h内疗效;离体实验观察甘遂乙醇提取物与生理盐水对大鼠膀胱逼尿肌收缩的影响及甘遂粉混悬液、生理盐水与地塞米松对小鼠巴豆油耳廓炎症的影响。结果治疗组25例有效,对照组3例有效,两组差异有显著性;有效病例1、3月随访,两组分别有4例、3例再发尿潴留;实验观察表明甘遂组大鼠膀胱收缩幅度明显强于生理盐水组,甘遂组小鼠巴豆油致炎耳廓重明显小于地塞米松及生理盐水组。结论生甘遂能快速有效解除前列腺增生急性尿潴留;有明显增强离体大鼠膀胱逼尿肌收缩、抑制巴豆油致小鼠耳廓炎症作用。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Gansui in treating acute urinary reten ti on(AUR) caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) and the influence on detruso r of bladder and inflammation.Methods:65 patients were randomized into two group s.The treatment group was treated with Gansui in enteric capsule and the control group was placebo,observed the effect in 6 hours.To observe the influence on sh rink of rats’ detrusor of bladder caused by alcohol extract of Gansui and phys iologic saline,as well as alleviating mice auric inflammation caused by croton o il using Gansui,physiologic saline and fluormone.Results:25 have effect in the t reatment group while only 3 in the control group.Experiment indicated that the i nfluence on shrink of rats’ detrusor of bladder caused by alcohol extract of G ansui was much stronger than physiologic saline,while the inflammation was sligh ter than of the control groups.Conclusion:Gansui has the rapid effect on AUR,str ongly enhance the shrinking of detrusor of bladder and inhibit mice auric inflam mation caused by croton oil.
