超临界CO_2萃取粉枝莓精油化学成分及GC-MS分析 被引量:4

摘要 应用超临界CO2萃取法萃取得到的粉枝莓精油收率为1.86%.利用气相色谱仪-质谱仪(GC-MS)对粉枝莓萃取物的化学组成进行了分析鉴定,并用面积归一法测得各成分的含量.共分离出42种成分,鉴定了其中的31种化合物,占出峰物质总量的94.32%,主要成分为9,12-十八碳烯酸乙酯17.53%,碳酸二苯酯12.63%,3-(4-苯甲氧基)-2苯丙烯酸-2-乙基庚酯12.31%.其中有14种化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到. Volatile oil was extracted from Rubus biflorus Buch with supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction (SFE-CO2), Recovery rate of extracts was 1.86%. The chemical constituents of extracts of Rubus biflorus Buch were determined by GC- MS. The relative contents of constitutes were measured by area normalizing method. 31 constituents had been identified from 42 separated peaks, amounting to total mass fraction 94.32%. The main compounds were octadeca- 9, 12- dienoic acid ethyl ester(17.53% ), diphenyl carbonate( 12.67 % ), 2 - propenoic acid, 3 - (4 - methoxyphenyl) - 2- ethylhexyl ester(12.31% ), etc. 14 constitutes were identified fromthis herb for the first time.
