摘要
分子蒸馏技术是一种新型高效分离技术,现已在许多领域得到广泛应用。简要介绍了分子蒸馏的原理及设备组成,并对静止式、降膜式、括膜式、离心式等国内外典型分子蒸馏设备的结构和特点进行了较详细的评述。在此基础上,对分子蒸馏设备的进料系统、蒸馏器、馏分收集系统和冷却系统的进一步改进提出了一些建议。
Molecular distillation as a new and high efficiency separation technology has been widely used in many fields. The principle and equipment composition of molecular distillation are briefly introduced. The structure and characteristics of the domestic and overseas molecular distillation equipment such as stationary molecular still, falling-film still, wiped-film still and centrifugal molecular still are analyzed in detail. Some suggestions are presented to improve the performance of the feed system, distiller, fraction collector system and cooling system of the molecular distillation equipment.
