摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法从草麻黄中提取精油,用气相色谱—质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对精油化学成分进行分析鉴定,用面积归一化法测定了各成分的质量分数。通过图谱解析共鉴定了49个化学成分,占精油总量的87.82%。
The essential oils were extracted from Artemisiacapillarisherba by Water-steam distillation.Components of the essential oils were analyzed and identified by GC-MS.The relative percentage content of the components were quantitatively determined by normalization method.A total of 49 chemical components were identified by map analysis,accounting for 87.82% of the total essential oils.
