摘要
本文基于胆红素在紫外光照射下,能产生荧光的性质,用荧光法对其含量进行了测定。并建立了最佳测试条件。为适应当前胆红素生产的普遍性需要,特将我们所摸索的测定方法加以介绍。
Summary This article adopts that bilirubin possesses fluorescent charac- teristics through fluorescence spectrum.By using spectrometer photometer, content can be determined.Operation is simple,high-speedy,and sensitive, by which the leve below ppm can be determined.To suit the universal needs of producing bilirubin at present,we give an introduction about the method how to determine the content of bilirubin.
