摘要
在钱学森教授提出的可靠性理论研究的三大方向的基础上，对文［１］提出的可靠性统计的新方向进一步明确地给予界定．对迄今文献上见到的增长单元的统计模型给予总结．并对这个新的方向提出的某些问题给出了一种近似处理方法．
In this paper,based on the three directions of reliability research proposed by Qian Xuesen,the new direction of reliability statistics given by literature[1] is renewed definitely.The statistical models of reliability growth units given in references are summarized.An approximate approach to solve some of problems proposed by this paper is presented.
