摘要 研究了非线性现象对超声电机运行的平稳性、可靠性的影响,分析了超声电机在强电场作用下压电陶瓷材料特性的非线性现象、温度变化引起压电陶瓷特性的非线性现象和定子转子接触的非线性现象,以及驱动电路中的非线性现象等。在试验的基础上,定性分析了这些非线性现象影响电机性能的机理,从而提出控制这些非线性现象的建议,为进一步提高超声电机稳定性和可靠性建立了理论基础。 It was researched that non-linear phenomena affected on ultrasonicmotors' speed stability and operation credibility. These included non-linear characteristics of piezoelectric ceramics on the strong electric field, non-linear characteristics of piezoelectric ceramics on changing temperature, non-linear characteristics of the contact between stator and rotor and non-linear phenomena of driv en circuit. Based on the experiments, mechanism which these nonlinear phenomena effected motor operation performance was qualitatively analyzed, and then some advices of control these phenomena were taken. These results offer some theoretical basis to improve the motors' speed stability and operation performance.
