摘要
提出基于市场供应的包装机械设计方式,采用模块化的方法引入市场供应信息,分析了系统分解、集成与系统接口,市场供应数据库和数据仓库,设计过程技术,评价决策等基于市场供应的包装机械模块化设计关键技术,并给出超声波清洗机包装机械设计实例。该方法在缩短设计周期、提高产品质量、控制产品成本等方面具有较好作用。
Packaging machinery design based on market supply was put forward which introduced mar- ket information with modular approach. The key technologies of packaging machinery modular design based on market supply were analyzed, which were system decomposition, integration and system interface, mar- ket supply of database and data warehouse, the design process technologies, and evaluation of the decision --making. An ultrasonic cleaning machine packaging machinery design was taken as an example. The method has better effect to shorten the design cycle, to improve product quality, and to control costs.
