摘要
[目的]构建一套科学、规范且符合手术室护理管理实际工作的管理质量评价体系。[方法]以Donabedian的结构-过程-结果三维质量评价模式为理论基础,采用德尔菲法进行专家函询,整理函询结果,确定评价指标各层级条目的权重值,最终形成手术室护理管理质量评价体系。[结果]两轮函询专家积极系数为93.8%,100.0%、权威系数为0.845,0.862,专家意见协调程度较好;形成包括3项一级条目、8项二级条目和54项三级条目的手术室护理管理质量评价体系。[结论]构建的手术室护理管理质量评价体系对手术室护理管理工作提出了明确要求和质量标准,具有良好的可操作性,能用于评价手术室护理管理质量。
Objective: To establish a management quality evaluation system which was scientific,standardized and accorded with the actual work of operation room nursing management.Methods: The structure,process result three dimensional quality evaluation model of Donabedian was taken as the theoretical basis,the final quality evaluation system of operation room nursing management was established by Delphi method for expert consultation,organizing consultation results and determining the weights of each entry of the evaluation index.Results: The two rounds of consultation expert positive coefficient was 93.8% and 100.0% respectively,authority coefficient was 0.845 and 0.862,the coordination degree of expert opinions was good The quality evaluation system of operation room nursing management was composed of 3 level 1 items of grade one,8 secondary items and 54 level 3 items.Conclusions: The quality evaluation system of operation room nursing management put forward clear requirements and quality standards for operation room nursing management. It had good operability and could be used to evaluate the quality of nursing management in operation room.
