摘要
以单条活鱼包装机为例 ,介绍了一种新型控制方法。该方法是以模块化设计思想为指导 ,用可编程控制器 (以下简称“PL C”)作为控制中枢 ,集机、电、气、光各种技术为一体 ,进行优化组合 ,实现整机的最优控制。此方法适用于抽气 /充气 (液 )软包装机的自动控制。
With the example of single living fish packaging machine,a new control methed has been introduced.On the guide of thought of design of modularization,using a Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) as control centre, gathering multitechnology of machinery, electronics, pneumatics and optics as an organic whole and making optimization combination, the optimum control of whole machine has been realized.This method can be used in the auto-control of extracting (gas)/filling (gas or liquid) of the flexible packaging machine.
