摘要
以专科层次小学师资培养为主的五年制初等教育专业,应在提炼中师办学经验的基础上,根据专科层次小学师资培养的要求和小学教师专业发展的要求,通过办学理念和办学思路的调整、课程结构的优化、职前培养与职后培训一体化的整合等措施,形成更具有活力的专业特色。
The primary education of five-year system, aiming at training mainly primary school teachers of professional education level, should have more active characteristics, based on the experience of running secondary normal school, according to the training requirement of primary school teachers and the development of specialities, by means of integration of concept and idea of running schools, optimization of curriculum structure, and the integral of training before and after employment.
