摘要
目的：建立芪归生血胶囊中黄芪甲苷（astragaloside Ⅳ）含量测定的HPLC法。方法：采用Hypersil C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以乙腈-水（38：62）为流动相，流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长为203nm，柱温为25℃。结果：黄芪甲苷线性范围为0．0403～0．3628mg／mL。平均加样回收率为97．5％，RSD为1．1％（n=5）。精密度、稳定性和重现性实验结果均符合方法学要求。结论：本方法灵敏、准确，重复性好，可用于芪归生血胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of astragaloside Ⅳ in Qiguishengxue capsule. Methods： Hypersil C18 column （250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with acetonitrile-water（38 ： 62） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 203 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results： The linear range of astragaloside IV was 0. 040 3 -0. 362 8 mg/mL. The average recovery rate was 97.5% and RSD was 1.1% （n=5）. The results of precision, stability and reproducibility could meet the requirements of methodology. Conclusion： The method is sensitive, accurate and has good reproducibility. It can be applied to the determination of astragaloside IV in Qiguishengxue cap sule.
