摘要
介绍了虚拟样机技术应用于拖拉机上的国内外研究现状:拖拉机整机虚拟样机国外已做研究,在国内的研究尚属空白。应用虚拟样机技术可缩短试验物理样机的制造周期,节约制造物理样机的成本,研究意义重大。为此,应用ADAMS软件,以建立拖拉机前桥系统的虚拟样机为例,建立了子系统的虚拟样机模型。根据运动学和动力学分析,表明该子系统模型验证成功,为整机研究提供了科学依据。
This article gives a brief introduction of ADAMS in constructing tractors virtual prototyping, it has been done research for tractors virtual prototyping abroad, it will begin the research inland, and states physical prototyping technology have merits in the field of product design, product making, testing, and the tractor front axle template is introduced by using the ADAMS software, and validated the template by kinematics and dynamics, it offers the scientific basis for the design of tractor.
