摘要
在一种同步离合器中,棘轮棘爪机构是实现机械轮齿同步啮合的关键部件.文章利用ADAMS动力学分析软件建立了该型同步离合器的仿真模型,对棘轮棘爪棘合过程中的碰撞特性进行仿真分析,同时在理论上也进行了对比计算.
The ratchet-pawl mechanism is the important part to ensure gears being in mesh properly in a synchronizing clutch. This article uses the mechanical dynamics software-ADAMS to build a synchronizing clutch's model for simulation. A dynamic analysis is conducted of the collision of ratchet and pawl along with a calculation in theoretical perspective.
