摘要
采用Pro/E和ANSYS/LS-DYNA联合建模求解技术,对螺旋圆管和螺旋椭圆管的成形过程进行了有效的仿真,确定了螺旋椭圆管的挤压成形方案,并对螺旋椭圆管成形过程的能量变化、成形力、应力分布及摩擦系数对成形的影响作了分析探讨。此成形方法具有制品综合质量高、工艺流程简单、设备简单、投资少等优点。
The extrusion forming program of spiral elliptical tube was determined by simulating the forming process of spiral circular tube and spiral elliptical tube with ANSYS/LS - DYNA. The influences on the forming were discussed of power variation, forming force, stress distribution and friction coefficient. This forming method is of many advantages, such as high product property, simple technical progress and equipment and low investment.
