摘要
针对现有技术,U形管换热器管板管束焊装后,管板密封面无法再加工处理,造成制造过程及维修中许多问题。设计了一种能在现场对管束焊装后的管板密封面进行精加工处理的专用装置。该装置可以使刀具在做圆周运动的同时,实现两轴联动的进给控制,对密封面进行加工。
To the phenomenon of exiting technology,after the tube plate of U tape tube heat exchanger welding tube bundle,the sealing surface of tube plate can not be processed,and many problems appeared in the manufacture and maintenance process,we design a special device which can do dedicated processing on-scene to the sealing surface of tube plate that had been welded to tube bundle.This special device can make cuting tool do a circular motion to realize the feed control of two-axis combined operation,there by it can make processing to sealing surface,and solve the exiting difficult prblems.
