大眼鳜斯坦尼斯小体的显微与超微结构 被引量:2

摘要 应用显微和亚显微研究方法观察了大眼鳜斯坦尼斯小体的组织结构和细胞类型.结果表明:大眼鳜斯坦尼斯小体仅具t1型分泌细胞,缺乏淡水鱼类普遍存在的t2型分泌细胞.在同一个斯坦尼斯小体中可以观察到分别处于合成时相、成熟时相、分泌时相和凋亡时相的t1细胞.斯坦尼斯小体主要功能是参与Ca^(2+)水平的调节. The methods of histology, electron microscope were applied to study the morphology of the corpuscle of Stannius of Siniperca kneri Garman: The results indicated that there is only type 1 cell in the corpuscle of Stannius of Siniperca kneri, and it is lack of type 2 cell which often consist in fresh fishes. There are 4 stages type 1 cells from development to degeneration in the same corpuscle of Stannius, that is, synthesizing stage, mature stage, excretion stage and apoptotic stage. The primary function of corpuscle of Stannius is adjusting Ca^2+ levels of blood plasma.
