STYVITE-OR——一种新的微球填料在选用不同极性淋洗液时的色谱性能 被引量:1

摘要 乙酸乙烯酯-苯乙烯-二乙烯苯共聚微球STYVITE-OR(溶度参数δ8.9)在甲醇(δ14.5)、乙腈(δ11.9)淋洗液中可按反相色谱机制分离卤代烃、各种含氧的有机物、腈和聚乙二醇低聚体等。在丙酮(δ9.9)中仍按反相色谱机制分离胺、酰胺和硝基化合物。而在四氢呋喃(δ9.1)中则为凝胶色谱填料,其渗透极限为分子量1000。淋洗液和填料的溶度参数值之差△δ<0.5可能是填料按凝胶色谱机理分离的一个判据。 The effect of the polarity or eluents on the LC behaviour of a new packing material STYVITE-OR-vinyl acetate-styrene-divinyl benzene copolymer microspheres (5-8 micron) has been studied. It has been found that with methanol (δ14.5) and acetonitrile (δ11.9)as the eluents, halogenated hydrocarbons, various oxygen compounds, nitriles and poly (ethylene glycol) are separated on STYVITE-OR(δ8.9) by reverse-phase LC mechanism. A better resolution is obtained when water (δ23.4) is added to the above eluents. The new polar column gives better separation for aliphatic alcohols, acids and polyethylene glycols than the nonpolar ODS column(δ7.7). The same RPLC mechanism is shown when acetone(δ9.9) is used as the eluent to separate amines, amides and nitro compounds; while with THF (δ9.1) as the eluent, STYVITE-OR behaves as a GPC column with a permeation limit of MW 1000. Evidences show that a solubility parameter difference between the eluent and the packing material Δδ<0.5 might be acriterion for a column to separate solutes according to GPC mechanism.
