摘要
柴志宽等研制的高效液相色谱用新填料STYVITE-OR是交联苯乙烯-二乙烯苯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物微球。其特点是颗粒较细(5—8μm),球形,中等极性,耐酸碱,该填料在药物分析中的应用尚未见报道。我们用以分离了两组药物,并与十八烷基键合的球形硅胶填料进行了选择性、传质阻抗等方面的比较。
The separations of two groups of drugs, analgesics and benzodiazepines, with a new spherical polymer packing, STYVITE-OR, which is a styrene-divinylbenzene-vinyl acetate copoly-mer, were studied, and compared with ODS silica, SUPELCOSIL LC-18, in selectivity and mass transfer resistance. The mobile phase used in the separation of six analgesicsetc. on STYVITE-OR column was methanol-water (95:5) with 2ml of formic acid for 1000ml. In the separation of benzodiapepines and related compounds the mobile phase was methanol-water (95:5) with 3ml of formic acid for 1000ml. STYVITE-OR showed a rather good selectivity in separation but higher resistance to mass transfer.
