摘要
氢硼酸二茂铁季铵盐类化合物为离子型金属有机配合物,具有独特的吸附色谱行为。用硅胶为固定相,环己烷-丙酮-离子试剂或环己烷-甲醇-离子试剂为展开剂,通过研究不同化合物的R_f值变化和各类离子试剂的作用以及分析原点、斑点、前沿各部分的组成,探讨了这些配合物的吸附薄层色谱机理。
The distinctive TLC retention behaviour of hydroborate ferrocene quaternary ammonium salts on silica gel with cyclo-hexane-acetone-ionic reagent or cyclohexane-methanol-ionic reagen^+ as developing agent was investigated.By examining the composition of the origin, separated spots and the front of the developer, the effect of different ionic reagents on R_(?) value was studied.
