摘要
采用总还原能力测定、DPPH(1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基自由基)清除率实验和·OH(羟自由基)清除率实验3种体外抗氧化模型,以V_c作为阳性对照,筛选分析黑加仑几种提取物抗氧化活性的强弱。结果显示:黑加仑乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、乙醇、水4种提取物中抗氯化能力较强的是乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物,对这2种提取物进一步提取得乙酸乙酯酸性部位抗氧化能力最强。
Through Total reducing ability determination DPPH and the · OH In vitro 3 individual oxidation resistance models elimination experiment, we took the masculine comparison by Vitamin C and screened the stronger material in the blackcurrant many kinds of extraction oxidation resistance activeness. It is suggested that the blackcurrant extractions have the oxidation resistance activeness, ethyl acetate and normal butyl alcohol extraction have the stronger oxidation resistance activeness, is stronger, the blackcurrant ethyl acetate acidic spot oxidation resistance activeness is the strongest.
