硫酸高铈在铸铝表面Ni-P-金刚石化学复合镀中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 通过在铸铝表面制备Ni-P-金刚石化学复合镀层,研究了镀液中硫酸高铈含量对镀层复合量、硬度及镀液稳定性的影响,测定了复合镀液中硫酸高铈添加前后制备的Ni-P-金刚石复合镀层的耐蚀性及耐磨性,并与Ni-P镀层进行比较。结果表明,硫酸高铈能促进金刚石微粒进入镀层,随硫酸高铈含量增加镀液稳定性大幅提高后趋于平稳,Ni-P-金刚石复合镀层耐磨性优于Ni-P镀层,添加2mg/L硫酸高铈后进一步显著提高,与Ni-P镀层相比,复合镀层耐蚀性差,添加硫酸高铈后有所改善。 On the basis of the fabrication for Ni - P- diamond composite electroless plating coat on the surface of cast aluminium. The influence of concentration of ceric sulfate in solution on diamond content in composite coating, microhardress and the stabili- ty of bath was investigated. The resistance to wear and corrosion abilities were compared among Ni - P coating, Ni - P - diamond composite coating and Ni - P - diamond composite coating fabricated when ceric sulfate added in solution. The results showed that ceric sulfate could help diamond particles to enter into coating. With the concentration of ceric sulfate in solution increase, the stability of bath was improved continuously and then steady. Ni - P - diamond composite coating' s wear resistance was batter than Ni - P coating. The wear resistance was more better when 2mg/L ceric sulfate added in the solution, in point of corrosion resistance, composite coating was worse than Ni - P coating. The addition of ceric Sulfate can enhance composite coating' s corrosion resistance.
