摘要
研究了Ni P Cr2 O3 化学复合镀工艺及稀土对复合镀工艺及第二相粒子沉积量的影响 .结果表明 :Ni P Cr2 O3 复合镀的最佳工艺参数为 :Cr2 O3 :10 g/L、温度 :86± 2℃ ,pH值 :4 .7± 0 .1.此条件下镀速为15~ 16 μm/h ;沉积量为 2 4 .2 % .稀土能与Ni、P共沉积 ,对镀层起到微合金化的作用 ,同时提高了第二相粒子的沉积量 .当稀土的加入量为 2 0~ 2 5mg/L时 ,Cr2 O3 的沉积量增加了 1倍多 .
The process of Ni P Cr 2O 3 composite plating and the effects of rare earth on both the process of composite plating and the amount of deposition of the second phase particles are studied. Results show that the best process conditions of the Ni P Cr 2O 3 composite plating are as follows: Cr 2O 3: 10g/L; temperature: 86±2℃; PH value:4.7±0.1. Under such conditions, plating speed is 15~16μm/h, and the content of disposition is 24.2%(volume percentage). Rare earth deposits with Ni and P particles together, which can make the micro alloizing occur and increase the deposition content of the second phase particles. When the feeding content of rare earth is 20~25mg/L, the deposition content of Cr 2O 3 increases more than one time.
