摘要 根据啮齿类动物缺血性脑卒中光化学模型制作方法和用途的不同将该模型分为4种,并对常用光敏剂及影响因素进行了介绍。该模型对动物的创伤小、制作相对简便、重复性好,将来应用会越来越广泛。 After reviewing and analyzing the literature of rodent photothrombotic ischemic models, we divide the models into 4 types,then explain and compare their mechanisms and method of establishment. We also discussed the affecting factors of this model and the dyes in common use. The procedure to generate this animal model is slightly invasive, simple to perform, with good reproducibility, and will have more widely application in future.
