摘要
向左颈内动脉注射百日咳杆菌,造成大鼠急性感染性脑水肿模型,生理盐水和正常手术为对照组。结果示注菌1h,4h组左脑含水量分别较正常组和盐水组显著增高(P<0.01);EB含量注菌组均较对照组显著增高(P<0.01);且注菌侧脑明显蓝染。提示本模型主要系血管源性脑水肿。
A new model of acutebrain edema was induced by left internal carotid artery injection of per-tussis bacilli (PB) in Sprague-Dawley rats. Control groups consist of rats with injection of nor-mal saline(NS)in the same volume and with the same method of operation (OC).One or fourhours later the animals were killed by decapitation and their brains were removed rapidly.It wasshown that the water content in left hemisphere significantly increased at 1h and 4h of Group PBvs Group OC or Group NS(P<0.01),respectively; the content of Evans blue also significantly,increased in Group PB vs Group OC or Group NS(P<0.01),respectively; the left hemispherewas stained obviously blue. The results suggest that the acute infection brain edema model withleft internal carotid artery injection of pertussis bacilli is characterized by vasogenesis and hasbeen produced successfully.
