摘要 短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)动物模型是研究TIA的病理生理学机制和防治措施不可缺少的工具。文章系统地回顾了各种TIA动物模型的制作方法、基本原理和优缺点。 The animal model of transient ischemic attacks （TIAs） is an indispensable tool in the study of the pathophysiological mechanisms and the prevention and cure measures of TIAs. This article systematically reviews the methods to establish various TIA animal models, their basic principles, advantages and disadvantages.
