摘要
卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)及卵巢早衰(POF)导致的生育力丧失及低雌激素状态已经成为影响女性生殖健康的两大威胁。寻找一种理想可靠的方法建立DOR及POF动物模型,以深入研究两者的发生、演变规律,探索出安全、有效的治疗方法,对提高女性的生育能力及生活质量有着不可估量的作用。
Loss of the fertility and low estrogen level resulting from diminished ovarian reservre （DOR） and premature ovarian failure （POF） have become two significant threats impacting on reproductive health of females. To find a perfect and credible method for establishing animal models with DOR and POF, and thoroughly researching the rule of their progress and evolution may play an important role in improving the fertility of females and their quality of life. The text is going to summarize and evaluate the current research status of animal models with DOR and POF.
