摘要
月经不调是女性生殖内分泌异常的最主要表现形式,一直是困扰众多女性的因素,也是诸多妇科医生研究的难题。近年来,随着对影响月经异常的发病因素调查分析逐步增多,情志压力因素、睡眠习惯及质量、机体胖瘦程度、工作运动的劳力强度等对月经造成的影响受到越来越多关注,成为热门话题。而情志睡眠的异常属于心理的一种疲劳状态,机体胖瘦及劳作强度属于身体机能的失衡。《论语·先进》载:"凡事皆有度,过犹而不及",身心疲劳理论则是建立在心理和身体二者失衡的基础上而形成。该文基于该理论从中西医角度分析了疲劳对月经影响的机制,讨论身心疲劳与月经异常之间的联系,并从临床医生、社会保障、家庭及自我认知角度出发为月经不调的防治提供新的思路,以期从源头上降低月经不调的发病率。
Irregular menstruation is the most important manifestation of female reproductive endocrine abnormalities,which has been a factor that puzzles many women and is also a difficult problem for many gynecologists.In recent years,with the increasing investigation and analysis of the factors affecting menstruation,emotional stress factors,sleep habits and quality,a degree of the body about fat and thin,the labor intensity of work and exercise on the impact of menstruation has attracted more and more attention,which has become a hot topic.The abnormality of emotions and sleep is a state of psychological fatigue,and the body’s fatness and labor intensity belong to the imbalance of body function.In the Analects of Confucius,"everything has its degree,but too much is still inferior".The theory of physical and mental fatigue is based on the imbalance between the two.Based on this theory,the mechanism of fatigue on menstruation is analyzed from the perspective of Chinese and Western medicine,and their relationship is discussed.From the perspective of clinicians,social security,family and self cognition,new ideas for prevention and treatment of menstrual disorders are provided,so as to reduce the incidence rate of irregular menstruation.
