摘要
针对目前科技期刊编辑人员队伍建设中出现的一些问题,提出应把加强青年编辑培养作为当务之急的重要工作来抓。我们采取从加强思想道德素养和综合技能这两个方面培养的方法,使编辑部内一支以青年为骨干的编辑队伍迅速成长起来。加快培养一批高素质的青年编辑人才,不仅是当前期刊社(编辑部)事业发展的需要,也是新闻出版业可持续发展的需要。
At present,there occur some problems in the building of a strong contingent of editerial staff of an scientific and technological periodical. So it is urgent to enhance the training of young editors. To cultivate a strong contingent of young editors,we take two measures：to increase the ideological and moral standard and to enhance the comprehensive technical ability,which is needed for the development of a periodical agency or an editorial office,but also the need for the sustainable development of news ＆ publishing industry.
