摘要
对青年编辑的培养和发展越来越成为许多高校学报编辑部所面临的重要任务。重点培养青年编辑的职业素质、业务素质和人文素质,以提高青年编辑的综合素质,编辑部要制定和实施多种有力措施,并不断为青年编辑的发展提供有力的保障,引导青年编辑逐步成为本部门的生力军,以保持编辑队伍的稳定和发展,为高校学报的建设做出应有的贡献。
It is an important task for editorial departments of journals of colleges and universities to cultivate and de velop young editors. In order to improve the comprehensive qualities of young editors, much importance should be at tached to their occupational quality, professional quality and humanistic quality. Editorial departments should estab lish and implement effective measures to provide potent guarantee for their development, guide them to become the fresh troops in the editorial departments, maintain the stability and development of the edit teams, and contribute to the construction of the journals.
