摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗重症乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析135例乳腺增生症不同处理方法。结果:中西医结合治疗组77例患者总有效率为92.21%,它莫西芬治疗组58例总有效率为79.31%,两组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05);有2例术前病检可见轻、中度非典型增生,采用手术治疗,随访达到痊愈。结论:重症乳腺增生症较易诊断,应采用中西医结合方法治疗可以取得较为满意的结果。
Objective：To study the clinical therapeutic effect of complex therapy in severe breast hyperplasia retrospectively. Methods： 137 cases of severe breast hyperplasia confirmed by pathology and operation treated by complex therapy and operation were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The total rate of treatment in two groups was 92.21% and 79.31% respectively,with a significant difference between them （P〈0.05）.Pathology showed that 2 cases were mild or moderate atypical hyperplasia. Conclusion：Severe breast hyperplasia is easy to be diagnosed and may be the trend of malignancy. The best treatment method to the disease is complex therapy and the results are satisfied.
