摘要
以IR2130芯片作为电机驱动器,实现了一套完整的无刷直流电动机驱动及保护方案。由于IR2130是功率MOS器件栅极驱动型集成电路,因此在简化驱动电路设计的同时提高了系统的可靠性;此外还具有欠压、过流等保护功能,且成本低,实用价值高。
An integrated drive and protect circuits design of brashless DC motor was presented. The chip IR2130 was used as the driving controller. The drive circuit of power Mosfets was simplified and the stabilization of the system was enhanced attributed to the integration capability of this chip. Also protect circuits against low battery voltage, over current were included. The design was practical as its stabilization and its low cost.
