摘要
对无刷直流电动机驱动系统的典型故障进行了研究;分析了功率开关管开路故障、短路故障以及霍尔传感器故障;并利用Simulink对故障进行仿真,分析了故障状态下的相电流,为无刷直流电机驱动系统的故障诊断提供了一种可行的故障特征提取方法。
Presented a comprehensive fault analysis for drive system of brushless DC motor, the faults included power transistor open damage, power transistor short damage and Hall sensor fault. Fault model Was built using Simulink. It analyzed phase current under fault states. The method provides a way of fault feature extracting for fault diagnosis in brushless DC motor drive system.
