摘要
为了提高工程车辆传动系统效率,采用前馈网络反向传播(BP)神经网络对工程车辆四参数自动变速系统进行建模,利用自动变速控制试验数据对BP神经网络进行训练,并进行了验证性仿真试验。仿真结果表明,BP神经网络能够根据车辆运行状态确定最佳档位,进一步提高工程车辆传动系统效率,达到节能增效的目的。
To improve the efficiency of the transmission system of the construction vehicle,a simulation model was established for the four-parameter automatic transmission of the construction vehicle based on the back propagation neural netroork(BPNN). The BPNN was trained by the experimental data of the automatic transmission control. The simulation test was performed for validation. The simulation results show that the BPNN can choose the optimal gear of the transmission from the vehicle operation condition, improve the efficiency of the hydraulic torque converter and save energy.
