摘要
利用单官能改性聚酯技术,采用高沸点高活性的乙烯基甲苯作活性稀释剂,研制了环氧改性聚酯亚胺无溶剂浸渍树脂。采用示差扫描量热分析(DSC)对聚酯亚胺无溶剂浸渍漆的固化过程进行动态扫描,通过T~β外推法确定了该浸渍漆的固化工艺参数,并研究聚酯亚胺树脂的环氧含量对浸渍树脂的粘结强度和介质损耗因数等的影响。结果表明:研制的环氧改性亚胺浸渍树脂具有粘结强度高、介质损耗低、工艺性好等特点,是一种性能优良的绝缘材料。
A polyester-imide solventless impregnating varnish modified by epoxy was prepared by using vinyltoluene with high boiling point and high activity as reactive diluent.The curing process of the varnish was studied by DSC,and the curing parameters were obtained by the T~β extrapolation method.The effects of epoxy content on the bond strength and dielectric loss factor of the resin were investigated.The experiment results indicate that the polyester-imide varnish modified by epoxy have high bond strength,low dielectric loss factor and good manufacturability,which is a kind of insulating material with excellent properties.
