摘要
目的对药用植物灰毡毛忍冬Lonicera macranthoidesHand.-Mazz的染色体数目和核型进行研究。方法采用常规制片方法,经显微摄影后对染色体进行分析。结果灰毡毛忍冬的体细胞染色体数目为2n=18,核型公式为K(2n)=2x=18=2m+8sm(2SAT)+8st(4SAT),染色体相对长度组成为2n=18=4L+4M2+4M1+6S,染色体总长为47.264μm,长臂总长为34.826μm,核型不对称系数(AS.K%)为73.71%,属于"3B"型。结论灰毡毛忍冬染色体的数目、核型等清晰准确。
Objective To study Lonicera maeranthoides Hand. - Mazz chromosome number and karyotype . Methods Sections combined with mierograph were used to analyze chromosome. Results Lonieera macranthoides normal diploid 2n = 18, karyotype formula was K（2n） = 2x = 18 = 2m ＋ 8sm （2SAT） ＋ 8st （4SAT）, the relative length was 2n = 18 = 4L ＋ 4M2 ＋ 4M1 ＋ 6S, the total length of chromosome groups was 47. 264μm, the total length of long arms was 34. 826μm, the AS. K% was 73.71%, which belong to ＂3B＂ type. Conclusion The chromosome number and karyotype morphological character of Lonicera. macranthoides show clear.
