摘要
目的对药用植物东风菜(Doellingeria scaber Ness.)染色体数目、核型、体积等进行了研究。方法采用常规制片方法,结合显微摄影对染色体进行分析。结果东风菜染色体数目2n=18;相对长度组成为2n=18=8M_2+10M_1。核型公式是K (2n)=2X=18=16m+2sm,染色体总长为47.62/μm,长臂总长为25.86μm,核型不对称系数(AS.K%)为54.30%,属于“2A”型,全组染色体总体积为118.48μm^3。结论东风菜体细胞染色体的数目、核型、体积等清晰准确。
OBJECTIVE To study systemtically the evolntion and find seeds adection through DoeUingeria scaber Ness. chromosome number, karyotype, volume etc. METHODS Sections combined with micrograph were used to analyze chromosome. RESULTS Doellingeria scaber normal diploid 2n = 18, the relative length was 2n = 18 = 8M2 + 10M1 ; karyotype formula was K(2n) = 2X = 16m + 2sm; which belong to "2A" type; the total length of chromosome groups was 47.62 μm; the total length of long arms was 25.86 μm, the AS.K% was 54.30% ;the total volume of chromosome was 118.48μm^3. CONCLUSION DoeUingeria scaber chromosome number, karyotype, chromosome volume morphological character of Doellingeria scaber show clear.
