摘要
目的观察益气化淤中药对大鼠胃癌前病变胃黏膜蛋白激酶C(PKC)表达的影响。方法采用MNNG、乙醇、饥饱失常等多因素造模。造模型成功后,将造模存活大鼠随机分为自然恢复组,中药高、中、低剂量组,各组大鼠作相应的处理后,免疫组化法检测各组大鼠胃黏膜组织PKC表达水平。结果各治疗组PKC表达较自然恢复组下调,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论益气化瘀中药可能是下调PKC的表达,抑制细胞增殖,诱导细胞凋亡,而发挥对大鼠胃癌前病变的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Huayu Recipe on the expression of protein kinase C（PKC） in rats with gastric precancerous lesions（GPL）. Methods The model of GPL was established mainly through N - methyl - N - nitro N - nitrosoguanidine （MNNG） together with other factors including alcohol stimulation and undue hunger and overeating. The survived rats after modeling were randomly divided into spontaneous recovery, and high - , moderate - and low - dose of Yiqi Huayu Recipe group. After the corresponding treatment, the expression of PKC was detected by immunohistochemicai method. Results The expression of PKC in each treatment group were distinctly lower than that in spontaneous recovery group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yiqi Huayu Recipe is effective in the treatment of rats with GPL by inhibiting the expression of PKC.
