摘要
针对目前医疗信息化的特点,提出了一种基于SIP的远程医疗系统平台架构,系统平台的使用可突破时间和空间的限制。将P2P流媒体传输技术与SIP协议融合,可有效的利用网络带宽,解决远程医疗中访问量过大而造成的瓶颈问题。最后对系统的实际应用进行了介绍。
Presents an architecture for telemedicine system based on SIP, aiming at the characteristics of medical treateaent informationization. The use of system platform breaks through the limit of time and space. And the system makes full use of network bandwidth and solves the bottle-neck caused by the huge quantity of accessing to the platform by using the technique of centralized management and P2P media-streaming transmission. At last, the paper explains the practical applications about the system.
